Order delayed and delayed. I emailed and they said wait a few more day. I waited - still no movement on the order. I emailed "again", then they said that ALL the order for that days business were delay by a 3rd party vendor and for me to wait yet another week - "THEN" if the order wasn't moving they would 'then' take action and reship my order. Why did it take so many times for them to back track to see that not only about my order, but for ALL the orders for that date were not moving in shipment. Unsympathetic! and simply bad customer service. There are "OTHER" companies that supply the very same generic drugs from India. I would have given them only 1 star but the order finally is at my post office. Don't know if it's correct but it's there.

Paypal made this transaction simple. Arrival at our post office was quick. You get a fifth star if you don't require someone to be home when they try to deliver it. It causes problems with vacations.

Items bought were sent out and received quickly and correct to description. Thanks

I hesitated to order on SGP because there are so many fraudulent sites, but I have taken the step and I do not regret it, because everything is clear and well explained on this site. The prices are reasonable and the products are of very good quality. So my observation is simple. You can trust, the products can take 1, 2 or 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the country where you are, but once you are home, you can be sure that you will be very satisfied with what you have bought.
