Order was accurate and complete but shipping was slower than expected, shipment arrived 10 days later than the estimated date

There was no paperwork in the package and I couldn't find my order so I don't know how much I paid for the order which I'm sharing with a friend. So, I don't know what to charge my friend per bottle. Would appreciate hearing back from you on pricing. Thanks, Irene Davis

Didn’t receive the order twice

I have been using this company for two years now. Never anything but a perfect purchase. These guys are the best. They keep me informed on shipping them follow through with everything they promised. They ship properly and properly each time. Their product is perfect and I could not be any more pleased. I will be using this company for most of my medications for the foreseeable future. Thank you for the great service always!

I experienced false advertising on the ad that popped up for this company on google search. I clicked on ad because it said “fast and free shipping with the PayPal option”. No PayPal option. Checkout page never informed me of a shipping charge at any point. When I put my card info in, I thought I was paying $40 because THATS WHAT THE PAGE SAID. I was never informed during my transaction on this company’s page that I was being charged $25 for shipping and that my total was actually $65. I received an email receipt showing the actual charge a few minutes later and immediately emailed the company to cancel the order because I was upset. They responded right away but tried to offer different options. I declined and asked they cancel the order again. No response. 4 days later they shipped it anyway. I emailed immediately to ask why it had still shipped when I had cancelled within 5 min of order. They said “no problem just keep it”. Ok. I tried. But no refund was ever initiated by the company. I started a chargeback with my credit card which spurred them to start a rude, unprofessional email exchange from this company because of how displeased THEY were! Look, there’s plenty of other online pharmacies: take your business elsewhere where they are honest, professional and communicative. No reason to do business with these people
