I had ordered from SGP before and was pleased with the result. I ordered this time right around the time the COVID 19 pandemic arose. They stated on the web site that it might take up to 1 month for me to receive my product. The 1 month, and then some went by and it still said it was in shipment. I emailed them once and heard nothing. The second time I emailed them they quickly responded by informing me that the pandemic had shut them down and that it would be shipped when they reopened in early June. Towards the end of May I received my shipment. I docked them one star because they didn't respond to my first email. That's not enough to keep me from recommending them

These people are con artists. I placed an order with them 6 weeks ago, and I got confirmation of my order, but no mention of it being shipped. After a few days, I contacted them to ask when it would be shipped. They said they would ship it in a few weeks, and it would take a few more weeks to get to me. After a few weeks, I contacted them again 3 times to ask about shipping, and they did not respond. On my 4th try, they finally responded and said it would be shipped in 2-3 days. I waited patiently, but still no notification of shipment. I contacted them again, and no response. Then I contacted them again, and they said they didn't have a record of me paying. I had paid at the time I placed the order, so the problem was on their end. If indeed there was a problem with the payment, then why didn't they just tell me that right up front rather than stringing me along for 6 weeks, telling me they were going to ship my order? I needed that medication, and they totally dropped the ball. They did not apologize or do anything to try to rectify the problem. This place is a scam. Do not order from them! There are many other online pharmacies where I have not had this kind of problem

A little background: I sent money to SGP a few weeks ago and received no update on my order. After repeated emails I was told I had sent money to their old bank account even though I had never been told they changed bank. However, SGP have now got in contact and agreed to send the products, honouring the order I sent money to them (albeit an older bank account) for. The case is being resolved and I am a lot happier. Thank you SGP for rectifying this. Just beware - ask for current bank details to avoid confusion as they seem to have been changed recently

I was a repeat customer but am now saddened by my experience. I paid via bank transfer for an order weeks ago. I sent proof of payment as they require and have yet to receive a confirmation of payment email, let alone a shipping email weeks later. I have sent numerous polite emails asking about the status of my payment to which they respond "ok I will check" and never get back to me thus forcing me to write again and again with no satisfaction or honesty from them. I was a loyal customer for years but have lost trust as they have taken payment and refused to acknowledge it. Another word for that is robbery. I will be going to my bank if I do not receive acknowledgement for my payment. It has been weeks so I'm losing hope this company will do the right thing
