Easy to navigate site and find correct info for products. Wish they offered a frequent shopper point discount.. maybe a free shipping once in a while. But overall great service and quality

Overall, my ordering experience had both high and low points regarding timing and communication. When the order was first placed, it was confusing to see a beauty product listed instead of the requested medication. And, although the order was acknowledged shortly after it was placed, nothing happened for a week. When I sent an email to inquire about the delay, the order was handled promptly. My primary suggestion for improvement is to find someone with a better command of the English language to respond to emails from customers in the U.S. and other English-speaking countries. For example, I received one email that said, "Once we receive your Payment, The shipment will go short and we will keep you updated." Shipments that are "short" are incomplete, or missing some components. A best guess is that the writer meant to say that the shipment would be on its way shortly after the payment was received. The courier at our end of the delivery leaves much to be desired; however, alternative couriers are limited. Issues with delivery services abound in the Rocky Mountains and there is not enough space in this form to describe the scenario that is repeated almost daily. In the end, I did receive my order today (12/4/2019), almost a month after it was placed (10/8/2019) and I am pleased with the end result
