Can't track order hasn't been shipped or something as you said

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company... I have been in contact with someone for the pass 3 months I've been patient and waiting and got nothing I've contacted the post office several times they have no trace of the package... I would like to know the CEOs number or someone higher because this is not right at all and we are in another country they are taking advantage... also the shipping service really sticks I also had an agreement with someone from admin saying they will ship via EXPRESS because I haven't received my package... in so very very upset I've send several emails and they just reply with one or 2 words this had to be taken up I'm not going to let this go ...

These People are the best. The order was placed just as the pandemic hit, but as soon as things began to settle down, the order was shipped and received in a timely manner...Many Thanks to Safegenericpharmacy

Unfortunately, due to the present Corona virus and restrictions on shipping I could not finalize my purchase. But the serevice, and the respoonse were great. thanks and see you next time the service resumes

Currently, I still haven't received anything. The support informs me that it is because of Covid19. I will modify my note as a result of the delivery

It used to be legit company. I placed few orders last years and everything was okay. I placed big order on March 22 and has never received it. They refused to refund my money

I sent them an email concerning shipping and received a quick response!!!

Reasonable prices, good range of medicines, helpful online backup when needed

i placed a big order almost a month ago, well in advance of the India lock-down. It took over a week to get tracking numbers. But the tracking show that either there is no such shipment or the parcel is "preparing for shipment". There has been no change of status of shipment since the mid March. I understand Indian Post is up and running. The SGP stuff blames it all on the "lock-down." I was pleased with SGP in the past, but can't recommend it anymore in this trying time. Sorry!
