they overcharged me by mistake, and they say they will do refund but they never do. I have been chasing them for weeks and they reply to everything except that. also the order is late and I cant track my shipment. They reply once a week and not accurate. looks like a scam

I ordered with the Credit Card option. Instead of a credit card payment instruction, they repeatedly sent a PayPal payment instruction. I ended up wondering if the Credit Card payment option exists at all.

Hello , unluckily your delivery was confiscated by Thai FDa at the Thai Postoffice . They forced me to open your package ,take out the tablets and then told me , that I have no import licence for these drugs and that they would keep it and destroy the tablets within one month . Ihad to leave the office and they even did not give me a receipt. I wrote already 10 days ago to you in German language. Please tellme , how you go on according to your guidelines. .
