When Not to Use?
Allergy
This medicine is not for use in patients with a known allergy to tizanidine or any other components present along with it.
CYP1A2 inhibitors
This Tablet is not used in patients receiving CYP1A2 inhibitors such as fluvoxamine due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.
General warnings
Hypotension
This Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a known history of hypotension or patients predisposed to hypotension due to the increased risk of hypotensive episodes. Proper dose adjustments and close monitoring of blood pressure may be needed for such patients.
Renal impairment
