How to use (Pharmacokinetics) of IVERCOR (Ivermectin)?

Following oral administration of IVERCOR, plasma concentration is approximately proportional to the dose. The mean peak plasma concentration reach at approximately 4 hours after dosing.

IVERCOR is metabolized in the liver, and Ivermectin and/or its metabolized are excreted almost exclusively in the faces over an estimated 12 days, with less than 1% of the administered dose excreted in the urine and also distributed into breast milk in low concentration

The plasma half-time of ivermectin in man approximately 18 hours following administration.The proper information about how long does last is provided on the tablet strip or tablet box.
